RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for defective products only.

Due to the hygienic nature of post-surgical products, all sales are final unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by completing our Resolution Form so we can review and assist you.

We do not accept returns for used, worn, or non-defective items under any circumstances.

To submit a resolution request, you will need to provide the following:

• Name

• Address

• Order number

• Description of the damage

• 1–3 clear photos showing the damage

Items that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will need to provide the following information:
Name, Address, Order number, details of damage and provide 1-3 images of damage.
