RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Due to the hygienic nature of post-surgical products, items that have been used, washed, soiled, or altered are not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please complete our Resolution Form within 14 days of delivery so we can review your request.

Return shipping is free for approved defective or damaged items.

To submit a claim, you will need to provide:

• Name

• Address

• Order number

• Description of the damage

• 1–3 clear photos showing the damage

Items that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or exchange.
