RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that you receive a product that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly after delivery by completing our Resolution Form so we can review and assist you.

To submit a resolution request, you will need to provide the following:

• Name

• Address

• Order number

• Description of the damage

• 1–3 clear photos showing the damage

Items that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will need to provide the following information:
Name, Address, Order number, details of damage and provide 1-3 images of damage.
